Soft Gray Heather Caron Simply Soft Heathers Yarn, 5 oz, 1 Ball Review

Very soft. good color This yarn is cheaper at Wal-Mart and craft stores (with coupons) if they had a color they didn't have.

I like the yarn but it's not a skein so I wasn't expecting it. Luckily that was only enough for what I bought it for.

I've always loved Caron Simply Soft and needed this colour. as always the yarn is silky soft, my favorite texture. but it's almost as if half the thread has already been used. It's too small for its wrapper and I've never seen that in a Caron Simply Soft yarn. For double the price I normally pay for one of these yarns this is a little disappointing. I could be wrong, but that's a bit of a disappointment.

I try not to knit other yarns. I live in Guadalajara, a beautiful city in Mexico and we can't find this yarn here so I buy it when I travel! now i can buy it on amazon but pity there are few colors in my city. This yarn is my favorite because it is guaranteed to be machine washable and machine dryable and will never go bad. I devote a lot of time to this manual work and I want to get a product that will last a long time.

I have a love/hate relationship with this yarn. You get a lot in one go. It's soft. That is beautiful. But it breaks just as easily! For that reason alone, it's not the best yarn to start with. Whether you're just starting out in knitting or crocheting, Red Heart's Ice Cream yarn is soft and beautiful and doesn't unravel at all. However, you are limited to lighter colors.
