Excellent grip and feel.

I've had them for a few days now and they're already wearing well. I normally wear 14 4E but took a risk with 2E. Yes they are a bit tight but I expected that. They're narrow, especially in the heel area, but the upper is constructed well enough for your foot to control the side-to-side transition. This allows my feet to feel the relief unlike boots. I immediately checked the water resistance and it holds up underwater, I stood in 5 inches of water, over toe and mid (I have a low cut) and "zero

Very happy with the shoe

I have tried on many Columbia shoes over the years. They all looked like they would work well ie waterproof, durable, but none of them were very comfortable. This is my second pair of these shoes. I find them just as comfortable to wear as my running shoes with amazing cushioning. They're a little heavier and naturally less breathable than running shoes, but in return I get a pair of waterproof shoes that are comfortable all day. Plus, unlike sneakers, I can wear them to work with dress pantsโ€ฆ

Great shoes that run half size

These shoes are very comfortable. I bought a pair of Peakfreak Nomad Plus (waterproof) shoes in 2014 and they were the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I still have them after 5 years. Since Columbia have ceased production, this shoe is the closest thing they can come up with. Attention buyers, they are ABSOLUTELY 100% smaller than what you normally wear. The same goes for my Nomad plus shoes. Make sure you take half a size bigger, otherwise they won't fit you. The only reason I haveโ€ฆ

Perfect for wide feet

I have a really hard time finding shoes that fit my wide feet so I hesitate to order online. But this shoe got some good reviews about the fit so I ordered these and am very glad I did. My shoe size is 10 1/2 D. I don't think they use letters anymore. The letter stands for the width and the letter "D" stands for the width. "A" becomes narrow and "F" becomes wide Flintstone lol. So I don't know how they would fit if you said "B" or "C". These shoes are very flexible yet durable. My dog walks meโ€ฆ

What's wrong with hiking boots that are so small and tight?

Save material? It's so discouraging! Had to order so many shoes and in some cases go up a full size and also switch to men's shoes just to get closer to a fit with plenty of toe room. I reliably wear women's 10 in all other styles and my mountaineering boots are men's Cabela 8.5 medium boots fit great, plenty of room but all low cut boots are so tight - Merrells, Columbia, Oboz etc. I've given up on them. Women's sizes, barley could get into the leg even in a thin sock. Those Colombian shoesโ€ฆ

2nd batch arrived in just 3 days - great job Revain

First I had to return my original batch as the shoes came without insoles. That being said, the second batch arrived in just 3 days - great job Revane. Good for looking at boots - the insoles are thin cardboard so I put in a better quality, thicker and more comfortable insole. The shoes fit great and are very light. I'm a walking postman so I put on my shoes the next day of work and was able to walk 9 miles with no problems - good insoles and great shoes. Shoes are very light, excellent gripโ€ฆ

Strong but painful and they stink.

Don't know. They were cheaper than the Keenes when I bought them and since they were all leather on the outside (except for the ankle) I was hoping they would last a lot longer than my last two sneakers. A previous pair of Keens were very comfortable, but the stupid nylon lace "eyelets" broke before the shoes were even a year old. I fixed them and eventually the outer portion of the shoe broke and failed where it flexed severely near the toe. I think they wore out significantly (no longerโ€ฆ
