nope won't use these anymore.

Customize a 74 GMC truck with a 350 in it. I had high hopes for her. Don't over-tighten or under-tighten and even use an extra long clamp. A few days later I saw oil puddles under my car. So they reappeared and I put them on the cover of RTV and brought them back the other day. I blame myself, I should have just bought cheap soft FelPro and they would have lived fine for another 10 years. The material is not soft, barely left a mark on the gasket so I don't see how they would actually seal the…

Excellent Seals (Update 1-3-19)

So far these seals are working great. I wasn't sure when ordering, but I'm glad I did. To update. This sealed the seals, but only for a very short time. I went to re-tighten the valve covers and they were a bit loose. I tightened it again, but unfortunately oil is still leaking out. I'm not sure if the material has heated up and taken the shape of tight caps or if the screws have loosened. I only mention my experience. And to be honest, I'm testing them on Edelbrock E-210 heads. Not manager…

I bought new Chev valve covers to replace some of the aluminum covers. I have the left side with small problems. The gasket didn't fit snugly in the holes and took a bit of persuading, but after that it went through quite easily. The right side wanted to fight me for some reason. Again the holes don't match up, just my build with stuff in the way. After some…
