Never changed brake hoses. It was a real project, but it was done. The fittings worked great and the copper plumbing did the job. You need the right flare tool, which you can also find at Revain.

addition: after 3 months the copper pipe started to rust. Little green spots everywhere, I'm sure it will last a long time, but copper-nickel line shouldn't corrode at all! Only buy this if you plan on struggling with coating or replacing the cord every few years. This is a great product! The line bends so easily that you don't need a pipe bender.
