The Perfect Off-Road Companion

The CST Patrol tire is the perfect fit for all your off-road needs. Through trial and error, I found that this tire provides excellent grip and stability, making it ideal for tackling rough terrain. Plus, its 29 inch size provides added comfort during long rides. Sports and Outdoors enthusiasts will definitely appreciate its durability and resilience against punctures. The only downside is that it may not be suited well for smooth surfaces, but hey, it's a off-roading tire after all!

Pros
  • Good traction on various terrains
Cons
  • Not suitable for extremely wet or muddy conditions

Impressive, especially for the price

I bought them from Sea Otter a few years ago. They sold them so cheaply that I couldn't turn them down, believing they would at least reduce the wear on my more expensive tires. I have a version with kevlar balls. I don't know what this list is for, wire or kevlar. I have to say I would put them against more expensive tyres, no matter the price. They're still fairly light, stretchy, stick well, and wear well. Expensive tires sacrifice some wear in favor of softer rubber that sticks betterโ€ฆ

great tyre. for cycling

This is an almost perfect tire when your mountain bike spends most of its time on paved trails but still sees some dirt. Narrow lugs in the center let it roll pretty fast, while wider lugs on the outside provide traction on rocks and roots. Air pressure has been a big influence since I first went down a dirt track at 50psi, skidded everywhere and couldn't grip the steep slope. At 35psi, it was a completely different tire, clinging to rocks and roots and capable of tackling the same steep slope.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive
