Great hitch looks like factory

Well I installed this hitch myself and it took about two hours but if I didn't have some jacks and two floor jacks I probably wouldn't be able to do the mach it, it's definitely a two man job but looks nice and solid!

A good product. Good buy

This is a good heavy duty towbar. Ease of installation. SIMPLY FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM UTUBE OR GO TO THE CURT PAGE. The truck does not need to be raised on a hoist. It took 2 hours and I am 76 years old. All you need is help lifting that new 50-pound hitch. 2022 chevy colorado z71

Powerful towbar that is easy to assemble.

I bought this hitch with 2" receiver for my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado. I had some trouble loosening the bolts on the pickup, but once I did, the hitch engaged easily and all bolt holes lined up perfectly. The clutch is strong and looks well made. I've already connected my trailer to it and tried it out.

Not easy. for External Accessories

Excellent clutch. Works well. The stated installation time is a joke. Physically, this is the most difficult project of recent times. Estimating 1/2 hour for a pro or 1 hour for yourself is far from true. I spent 4 hours on the garage floor. The 8 screws that had to be removed were in some kind of screw lock. 18" ratchet and tube for each turn, back and forth. My air ratchet didn't turn it. Supported the bumper with ratchet straps attached to the holds. When removing the old clutch, shims must…

Great hitch, manual not quite right

I installed this hitch on a 2019 Chevy Colorado LT. The hitch fits perfectly but there are two extra bolts on each side that need to be removed to remove the original hitch. In addition, the original tow bar has a welded plate that fits between the frame and the bumper joints. There may be a gap when installing this clutch. I could get the job done with pneumatic and hand tools. You will also need to take the metal clips from the original bumper and attach them to this hitch to be able to…

Ease of installation. But consider the impact wrench

Honestly this is a well built receiver. The biggest problem we had with the installation was getting the bolts out of the factory receiver. You need an impact wrench. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either a sadist who wants you to suffer, or they paid someone else to do it and they were drinking the entire time. A few tips from our setup: - Impact wrench. All but two screws really need an impact wrench. - If more than one person is working on it, the process is pretty quick. We had two…
