This blade gives a very smooth and clean cut. To be honest, even my 50 tooth Diablo combo blade cuts clean and smooth, but this 80 tooth blade makes a better side cut. I switched to using these Diablo thin-kerf blades on my Jet Pro Shop table saw a few years ago and have never looked back. Trust me I have tried many blades and Diablo blades offer the best cut at the best price.

Compare this head-to-head with Makita's 10-inch A-94770 80-tooth fine-cutting blade. I bought and returned 2 Makitas and didn't want them. I got this not long ago, installed it on my miter saw to do small projects like cutting segments for turning wood on my lathe.
