Works well: belt, hoses and pulleys

Perfect for changing the belt on my 1993 f-150 with a 300/4.9L I6 with air conditioning. The belt he replaced was in fair condition, but it was extra insurance against breakage on the trip, the other belt was tucked behind the seat as a backup. Quiet and good quality.

Pros
  • Belt
Cons
  • So far so good

Worked fine! for Serpentine

Great product and fifteen dollars cheaper than the local auto parts store with free shipping. With a 4.6l engine, the old belt was perfectly replaced, installation without any problems, 15 minutes and that's it. I can recommend this belt, great price and great quality.

Good brand Dayco; wanted it to fit

Had to change the alternator on my 95 F150 after only 332,000 miles. Old updated. from the 95a to the 130a product from Revain and ordered a Dayco serpentine belt to go with it. Unfortunately, the installation under the belt tensioner was not possible. Had to use existing serp. a belt that fits (0.625 inch longer than Dayco) that I ordered to replace the same brand (Gates) / part number from Revain. I have used Dayco on other parts in the past and have been very satisfied. Just didn't work for…

  • Not all will fit

In addition to energy savings, DAYCO's ribbed contact area and "gear" design provide cooler operating temperatures, less noise and longer belt life. I have used DAYCO 5060980 on 2 different 4.6L FORD vehicles, over 140,000 miles with no sign of wear or damage to any of the belts. Here, in the hot Arizona…
