It pays to have the best door hardware and locks

Used it the day I got it and was surprised at how well it works. I have hole saws, but they run very smoothly and at high speeds when cutting. Good buy.

Absolutely useless. best in peepholes

You can only drill about 1/4 inch deep with this. I don't know how to drill the door. I used it to mark the hole and then had to replace it with a shovel to poke through the door. It's sharp and well made, but absolutely useless for anything hard.

Pros
  • Hardware

Most doors cannot be drilled

In my case I wanted to enlarge the peephole in my door and so the hole was already there. It's almost impossible to keep the drill steady with this drill, and the drill won't go all the way through a medium-thick door. Light work became dirty work. Thank you Rewin!
