I really liked the size of this item, but I found the spring tension too strong and I didn't like the stamped steel construction. I've been looking for a replacement but that seems to be the current design. I found the same item at Home Depot and Lowes under a different name. I ended up buying a more classic design on eBay. Your mileage may vary.

This item is solid and comes with matching screws. was held tight. After disconnecting one of the springs, it became possible to increase the flap pressure. The separated spring is still under the valve and can be reinserted if the other spring breaks. Other reviews have complained of an issue with the shock pressure.
