Wrong picture description

Picture review says max RPM 9000 but the blade itself says max RPM 4300 see attached picture. This is an international delivery and I cannot return a product that I cannot use. I bought it. Use it on a 4500 RPM miter saw.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Great for roofing and sheet metal

I used the blade on my Delta Sawhorse to cut roof sheet metal to size. I had no issues with the blade trying to grab metal like another brand I've tried before. A straight cut on the left.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Wears out too quickly

Like all Steel Demon blades I've used, this one cuts like a dream. After a few cuts, it will barely break through a piece of steel channel. After 20-25 cuts it's garbage. It's a shame because when they're new they cut better than anything else, but for the same price or less you can get blades that cut almost as well and last 4-5 times longer. I cut steel 7 days a week as part of my business and can't afford to spend nearly $60 on a blade every few days when other brands serve me most of the…

Not as strong as OTHER red tools

I installed this blade on a Milwaukee 8" cordless M18 hacksaw after completely wearing out the original that came with it. The Milwaukee blade cut through things that literally made me laugh. I installed this blade and tried to carve some bad spots out of the bush deck that needed replacing and at that rate the blade dulled. I have experience cutting metal with carbide tools. The blade is 66% cheaper than the other RED competitor and it lasted/worked about 33% less than the first blade that…

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons

Didn't work for me.

I only gave this blade an average rating because I'm not sure if the blade is bad or I was expecting too much. I installed it on a basic table saw and tested it on a few random pieces of steel (sometimes on DIY projects). Some of the teeth came off the blade quickly, so I immediately stopped the saw. The remaining teeth were too coarse for woodworking, so they were removed and the original blade reinstalled. I thought it would be better to use this disc than a ferrous disc that needs to be…

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Good but not great

Cutting a gold plated electroplated spacer? This is the blade you need.

I use a 10" Ryobi miter saw (usually for woodworking) for cutting metals. I usually use a grinding wheel. I've heard good things about steel blades and tried western 10 inch steel abrasives. Cutting blade for cutting Unistrut. It only took 3 cuts before it got so boring it just melted the unistrut. I also tried the 9" Evolution blade and it survived less than 20 cuts before suffering the same fate. Then I looked for the strongest blade for cutting steel and came across it. Over 100 Unistrut…

Unbelievable for power tool parts and accessories

When I first saw this review on YouTube I thought it was a joke. Now that I have one, let me tell you it's not. I installed this on my Makita 8" small saw and have only used it a couple of times so can't speak to durability but it works GREAT! I've used it to cut 2" pipe and it goes through almost as quickly. like my other saw fitted with diablo wood blades cuts through 2x4. It's fast, cuts amazingly clean, leaves a very clean, smooth, burr-free cut, and can be handled immediately after the cut

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Great product, great service.

This is a legitimate review, I did not receive anything for my review. These Steel Demon Serrated Cermet Blades are the best blades you will ever use for cutting mild carbon steel. They last longer than carbide and I think they're cleaner, although that part is subjective. It arrived within 3 business days of ordering. I gave it 5 stars for cleanliness, thickness, and warmth because it seemed like it would negatively affect the rating if I didn't. The 8-inch steel cutting blade has no…
