Also called die grinder bits, rotary burrs and rotray files, these burrs are designed for cleaning out material in a wide-range of products including wood, plastics, stainless steel and other metals such as nickel, iron, steel, tool steel and titanium. Trade number SD-7 with a Ball-End Double Cut shape. Double-cut style has rows of cutting teeth cut in two intersecting directions for fast material removal and a rougher finish. 3/4" Head Diameter with 11/16" Head Length and 2-7/16" Overall Length. 1/4" round shank allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems.

Poor quality

I bought this for use on mild steel turning edges of the drill bit changed within minutes and were unusable. I ordered a branded racquet and logged over 100 hours without the problems I've had with this one. tried in vain to contact the seller.

Worked perfectly.

I was hooked on converting a Romanian single stack AK WASR-10 to a double stack. And in this early case, that meant milling the spigot to accommodate the double stop magazine. This tool should be considered an essential tool for cleaning the deeper parts of the interior of a rifle when resorting to a drill rather than a traditional cutter.

Works great

We purchased this drill bit to remove a weld from a 6 foot piece of square pipe. For cheap boron this thing will eat.After grinding 6ft of weld (note we made a special block with bearings to sit in while cutting) the burr is still in great shape, not a single chip on any of the cutting teeth. I will buy this again just for backups.Highly recommended.
