poor quality control

I have bought many Edelbrock products in the past and have made sure they are definitely reliable but in this set of cleats I only have 3 working bolts and 1 Blank. I've tried contacting Edelbrock but they have no way of emailing and as I live in Australia it's not worth spending money to call them for more than $8. Very bad customer support!
