Doesn't fit hardware

I set it up according to the instructions and it didn't work. No energy. Changed batteries, still no power. It's not worth it. The product is not suitable.

My first digital lock

1.Easy installation.2.Easy app and lock pairing.3. It took a while to set up the code, but within 30 minutes I was able to set up and enter the codes with no problems.

Great door lock at Door Hardware & Locks

I love this door lock! Easy to install and use and I have never installed a lock like this before. Works perfectly! I love that you have choices on how to open the door (like app, keypad, key and IC/RFID card). There is also a low battery warning. I haven't experienced it yet, but that's one of the reasons I bought this lock. The app also shows the battery level. I love the look!

Doesn't work: bolt

the application is absolute rubbish the lock seems high quality but it came first and nothing works on it the entrance with the key the keys came to the lock and the cards did not work, it was damaged, they sent me a new one, everything worked on it, but the app doesn't work a few times, you don't need to rebuild the app for that, it has two stars, that tells you that you must do something serious with the App not correct.

One of the Best Products Ever Purchased! I thought long and hard about a smart front door lock and finally decided when I saw this at a great price. I really like that it supports multiple access codes so each member of my family can choose their own. I can also connect it to my phone via the TTLOCK app. It has many features that make my life much easier. Especially the auto lock feature, I set it to auto lock after 60 seconds (when a door is closed) and I don't have to worry about my husband…

Some issues but the seller worked with me to make sure they were fixed.

Update #2 (11/13/2021): Turns out I had bad blocking and so I was finicky about blocking by holding the tick button for 3 seconds. The seller responded very quickly to my dissatisfaction and sent a replacement. I just installed it and checked everything, it locks perfectly by pressing this button for 3 seconds. I'm changing my rating to 4 stars because I appreciate the seller working with you to offer a solution and send a working replacement. All that really needs to be worked on are the user…
