This kit is terrible. Hardware looks good but has not been tested. It is almost impossible to insert a hose into a female fitting. I've tried multiple methods and tools and they all fail. I managed to wear an adjustment after two and a half hours. I don't know how it worked. There are two samples left. Put on earplugs because there will be swearing.

Get ready to swear! Looks great, very, very difficult to insert the hose into the connector. I made 4 connections and one went "good". However, this is not the fault of the product, all of these systems are difficult to assemble. I heated the shell with a burner and cut it off so that it tapers towards the plug. I DON'T KNOW. I had the worst products I have ever used. Good value for money but prepare to swear. Anyone who disagrees is a paid reviewer.

Great workmanship. The thread is perfect, the hose is good. Only complaint I ordered everything to measure cut cut and run all the way to the dual oil catches found I needed a 10" hose to attach to the ends of the 18 f150 3.5L connect Ecoboost-PCV. The ends were too thick. My mistake for fitting the inner dimensions of the hose to the existing hose without noticing that the barb ends were huge. Learn from my mistake! I just bought a 10an kit 5 minutes ago.

This hose has a steel rubber inner and a nylon braid on the outside. It's perfect for adding a second transmission cooler to my 2014 Duramax. Installation went well! Just follow the instructions. DO NOT FORGET TO LUBRICATE THE THREAD BEFORE INSTALLATION! This applies to EVERY hose and fitting brand. Marking the tubing next to the connectors with tape prior to assembly really helps put the assembly at ease.

Great value to start with. When properly installed, it never leaks. I use a 3/8 stun socket and twist counterclockwise to line up the female part, which works for me every time. Apply a small amount of dielectric grease or other lubricant to the male end and slide the fittings over each other without being tight. If you use a cutting wheel to cut the hose, blow it out with air before installing. People saying these are leaks or fittings don't know what they are doing have this line on my builds

This rating is for 10an and 12an rulers. I've used 6 and 8 from this manufacturer with no problems. But 10 and 12 how difficult to collect them. It is not possible to wind up the leash, cut it and insert the end of the leash into the fitting in the form of a purchased ID. It wears out and there just isn't enough room to put the fishing line in it. I ended up finishing each adjustment about 0.04 oversize and everything worked flawlessly.
