Works great on my 06 acura rsx-s. Replacing this block (any other cmc) was difficult on this machine due to limited space to work. I love these CMCs without the clutch delay valve. The bad thing is that with this unit I notice a lot of pedal vibration when shifting around 4-6k. rpm

I've only ridden it one day but so far it's cured my squeaky clutch pedal. When I replaced the clip that secures the fitting to the master cylinder, it wasn't in the best condition. You can purchase the following part number from Honda before beginning this project: 46942-S5A-003.

This is a great replacement for your OEM CMC and the price is more than fair. If you have anything other than a stock clutch, YOU MUST purchase the CMC WITHOUT the triangular plate as the OEM cannot handle it. This eliminates the grinding of your equipment. Depending on your situation, you may or may not need to lock the clutch pedal height as well. Quick and easy installation if you are mechanically inclined.

Completely replaced clutch system, failed after a week! Tip: It's very likely that your clutch paddle connector isn't working because it's the wrong size. Compare and confirm fitment before installation. Try to set it right before installing. If you need to make in-car adjustments, use a vise to rotate the stem to reduce clutch lining play. Don't try to reduce a true master's game as much as the ads will allow.

This does NOT include the hydraulic line union sleeve and screw-in pin. You need to remove the u pin and part from the old one. Kind of chincy if you ask me. -1 star. Also, the bracket connecting the master cylinder to the clutch pedal was too big, had to reuse my old one, or maybe could have bent it more, but for that -1 star. Hence 3 stars, but so far it works. On a 2005 Honda Civic EX I also replaced the slave cylinder with the same brand.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS WITH THE SUPPLIED CONNECTOR! USE THE OLD! The clip holding the pin you take out to remove the cylinder from the pedal won't come back when the fitting is attached! As difficult as this part is to change, I find it unforgivable that Exedy continues to sell them in this form. I usually like Exedy parts, but I will never buy anything from them again because of it.
