The wheel burst 5 minutes after first use

The quality is unsatisfactory. I literally unpacked this today and pushed my sled through the driveway. Caterpillar exploded wheel-to-roller within 10 feet. The ski trolleys appear to be fine, but I don't have a lot of confidence in their long-term quality. Therefore, do without the ski trolley and use a furniture trolley.

Great fit for my Polaris Rmk 800 Pro

They don't have spare wheels like my other pair but the upside is they are lower. Because it's lower, you don't have to lift the skis as high to fit under the front skis. The rubber sits firmly enough on the ski so that it does not slip when it is pulled in. I don't use belts. They are of decent quality and I think they will last.

  • Very impressive

Ski trolleys do not roll

Finally ready for use after almost 2 months in the box. At the first lateral turn, the ski trolley tips over - the rollers don't seem wide enough. I use them on a 550 lb snowmobile so they should work fine. In addition, the ski slips off immediately without a second Velcro fastener. I have an Extreme Max 5800.0228 trolley and they work great. You are terrible. Also, I ordered 2 sets and cannot return any of them through Revain.

Easier to use than cheap plastic.

I was a little hesitant if it was worth paying that much for as I could always use cheap plastic panels as my garage floor is very flat and the driveway is pretty shallow, but I went ahead anyway. Very happy with them as they are value for money. I have 3 sledges for movement, 2 on cheap plastic sledges and 1 on these carts. They are MUCH easier to roll and as long as you center them under the skis you don't need to buckle them. I will buy more of these when my plastic wears out.

  • Easy to read control panel

It worked great but didn't last at all.

Bought exactly one year ago. The first set lasted about a month. The second set was pretty much destroyed in less than a year of use. I explain my use. I use them after unloading my snowmobile to manually push my paved driveway about 20 feet into my garage. I've probably done this charge-discharge sequence about 15 times since owning the set. The wheels were worn and falling apart, and the brackets holding the wheels were bent. I don't hit them at all, I gently put the ski on them and move my…

Broken packaging *EDIT*

*ORIGINAL REVIEW* Received the item and opened the box to find the ball bearings. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that they came from one of the wheels. Photos are attached. I only caught 2 bearings, the rest were at the bottom of the box. If they're so cheaply made that they'll get damaged in transit, don't trust them with your 500-600 pound sled. *EDIT* After contacting customer service with photos of the damaged items, they sent a replacement. All parts in the replacement pack look…

Heaps of absolute rubbish

I've owned them for 5 years. After the first year of use on my sled, going in and out of the garage once or twice a week during the winter, they completely fell apart and are now just coasters. The wheel bearings are completely depressurized and water flows down the bolts that attach them to the racks and directly onto the balls in the bearings. The only way to keep them from rusting is to repackage the bearings periodically (for the price you could buy a whole new set) or store them in a low…

Economic solution

Used on 99 Polaris XC. At first I was hesitant about buying them or upgrading to the more expensive Extreme Max 5800.0203 kit, my neighbor has one but they cost almost triple the price. I was concerned that the economy set might be of poorer quality than the more expensive set I had borrowed and used in the past. Needless to say, I decided it was worth saving, maybe sacrificing quality. Upon arrival of the product I was immediately impressed with the quality of the product. The skids glided…
