Okay but why didn't I just go for this one instead of cork, it amazes me, I'm stupid. The ease of installation is phenomenal rather than trying to align the connector and RTV. Seriously, it took ten minutes, if that. Perfect fit for my 1989 Jeep Comanche. Spend a few dollars more and invest in it.

Fits easily on my '91 YJ 4.0. I suggest reinserting the bolts by hand from the back first, then moving them forward. Then tighten to specification, starting with the middle bolts and working your way forward in an X pattern. When that's done, fully tighten them again several times until they all reach their torque rating. After a few days, spin them again, after that everything should be fine.

Bought for my '94 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0. Fits perfectly and for the most part no difficult DIY work. I strongly recommend that you also purchase Dorman PCV and vent tubes and rubber bushings. Over the years the rubber hardens making it impossible to remove the PCV and breather tube without damaging them and because they are hard no new ones go in. The quality of this Fel Pro gasket is first class, definitely worth the price, very easy to install after a lot of prep work, highly recommended when using a gasket of this caliber. Just tighten it like a cylinder head in three steps until you reach the final torque. It's pretty easy not to over-tighten it as there are spacers built into the gasket that the bolts go through.
