I wanted the clutch side of the flywheel to be level.

Wish the clutch side of the flywheel was at least a little thicker over the bolts. Otherwise it's worth the money. Also, I expected driving adjustments, but I didn't need them.

Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Superb quality good for Flywheel

I fitted this flywheel to my 98 Prelude about 10,000km ago, it went in with no problems and has worked flawlessly ever since. This actually hit me when I first started the car because the starter spins the flywheel so much faster than the factory gear.

Excellent product for flywheel

After I installed it the machine works great. revs up much quicker and the only problem is that it's a little harder to hold when not stalling as the revs also drop faster when the clutch is released but the woman can still steer it easily so it is no big deal, I have yet to test the difference in acceleration because the clutch is still not broken, but it seems like it helps a bit, I haven't had any problems yet other than not inserting my CV axis and it popped out when I went for a test…

Pros
  • flywheel and spare parts
Cons
  • doubt

Like a brand new car

This particular model is for a 5th Gen Prelude and I installed it on my 2000 Prelude SH along with (ooh!) the stock clutch. At 8.5 pounds I was concerned it would really interfere with daily driving but was pleasantly surprised. It takes a day or two to get used to the throttle, but other than that it's the biggest power boost I've ever experienced. First and second gear feel a lot snappier (they're actually a bit faster, really), but even in high gears the throttle feels more responsive. I…
