Great power on my 4k winch!

In the above part of the review I was asked to rate the stretch. I gave it 5 stars as it doesn't stretch and doesn't stretch. It's a winch, not a rope! I replaced the smaller cable on my 4k Warn winch as it kept breaking, especially when using my plow! No brakes so far and I'm happy. It is now about 7 feet longer than my winch drum. Everything will fit, but it's tight. In my experience, the bumper is a bad place for the end of the winch cable. That means going out and the worst, maybe digging…

Broke on first pull, definitely not at 8200 lbf!

You hope you don't need a winch, but when you do, it will work better. This cable broke on my first try under a direct pull. Friends side by side stuck in a rut. It didn't dig into the mud, it was just a bad angle, and its wheels didn't match and just spun. I hooked him right behind, he helped by accelerating in the opposite direction, and the winch cable broke immediately. With a metal winch cable, I pulled much harder without any problems. Your ATV winch deserves better than this

When I purchased this product it replaced the traditional steel winch cable that comes with most ATVs. I was thrilled when I found it at Revain as it looked like high end synthetic cables like Warn and Can-Am. when the goods arrived. And when I opened the package I immediately understood why it is so cheap. This "synthetic winch cable" is basically some crappy nylon cable from Home Depot or Lowe's that costs about $0.50 a foot.
