Perfect fit for my 2007 BMW Z4 3.0 si. quality product . The hardest part was cutting the factory tape around the old coolant hose. I used a dremel with a grinding wheel. It took a little while to get through the metal, but it's slow enough that you won't be cutting the tubing with a cutting wheel. Nice attitude, thank you.

BMW 335i 2010, high rigidity compared to OEM, absolute quality and easy assembly! I have an N54 Biturbo and would absolutely recommend it for the 335i E90. No mods required. Still holding tight after 500 miles with the included clamp. Aluminum is much stronger than OEM plastic as a replacement part at a much cheaper price!

OMG This part broke on my BMW because it was originally plastic. It happened on the way to work and luckily I didn't drive too far and the engine didn't overheat. I thought I was in big trouble for thinking it was part of the block but luckily I'm looking for it. I found these parts at Revain and had them fixed for about $15 and 15 minutes. If you have an older BMW replace it with an aluminum one as the original doesn't last all that long, it was a life saver.

Buy one of these before disassembling the cooling system of your BMW inline 6 cylinder. The plastic fitting it replaces will definitely break, leaving plastic debris in the engine block. Don't waste your money buying another plastic as it will break too. I know from experience! This is not fun. This part solves this problem and makes it very easy. The part is very well made, fits perfectly and gives me peace of mind that another part on my BMW is less likely to fail.

If your plastic waste is leaking due to cracking/aging this is a great alternative. I've read that some mods like this for the N54 have the o-ring too big which causes the ring to crumple. The standard model is larger/thicker to prevent long-term leakage. Basically, BEFORE attaching the hose to it, I just lubricated the ring with lithium grease and gently (without using force) turned it back and forth until it went right in, THEN attached the hose.
