Bought to see if my cat urinates on the wall as I kept seeing weird drip lines with no stick or smell on the wall. It turned out to be a drop of water that had thrown my cups off the bedside table and splashed against the wall. Needless to say, I walked around the house trying to see something that would glow and found my house to be pretty damn clean.

My dogs need an explanation. This small but powerful UV flashlight showed me all the good spots in my house. My dogs are old and accidents happen, I can now use this daily to find problem areas before they happen. It also helped me realize that the bathrooms aren't as clean as I thought they would be. Use it again daily or weekly to find out quickly. I have to clean the carpet and clean the walls!

I recently had a problem with one of my cats urinating on things I left on the floor so I wanted to see what was left on my carpeted floor and/or was wilted . I saw a lot of stains with this light including areas that were probably cat poo/bile/hairballs that I thought I had removed and old blood stains on the surface (not from cats). Who knows where the stains are coming from. Time to shampoo the whole room and then check it out with this light.

I'm clean with two cats. I ordered this to see if there was any leftover vomit etc. I searched my whole apartment and it actually showed the places where they last vomited (check before thorough cleaning). This really works great at detecting any little accidents your little furry child may have left behind. I bought this to find any accidents my little fur baby might have left when I rented my Bissell so I can deep clean my carpet from some old accidents that I had previously cleaned but had left a stain. Found spots I didn't even know existed. I love this product because it shows you exactly where to remove the stain/odor from your carpet. My cat had to spray constantly for a short period of time so this product always showed me where the smell was coming from. I would recommend cat owners do this NOW BEFORE your cat splashes or urinates on the carpet so you know where to clean as soon as you notice the stain (the longer you wait the more she'll eat into it). This is a real UV unit, not a toy. I used my UVA detector and it registered 450 AU on UVA (no UVB rays were detected). The sun is over 2000 but 450 will still hurt your eyes. Ignore any article that says otherwise as these ignorant people will see the purple tint and think it's a toy. My other UV flashlight is only UV with no violet light but it is 300 AU. and not as bright as this light.
