A great way to add extra USB ports

I like this front panel USB adapter because the main frame that contains all the components is metal and provides a solid connection for the mounting screws that attach it to the case keep . Some of the others I've used in the past have been plastic bezels and have loosened over time due to the pressure of plugging and unplugging USB plugs and devices, but not this one. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's still stuck. I would definitely buy this again.

Works fine, -1 for short HD audio cable

The correct item arrived intact and looked exactly like the picture. Both cables and five mounting screws were included in the kit. I've looked into similar devices before, so the first thing I did after receiving this was disconnect the cables and check the output ends of each one on the device itself - if the connectors bend the pins, I want that know beforehand let them into my motherboard. The fit was a little tight but not too bad. I connected it correctly and all four ports tested fine…

Ideal solution for computers and accessories

Waste of pre-built PCs falling apart? Happened to my toaster. If the front audio jacks or USB ports no longer work properly, order this, unscrew the old one, install this and replace the old cable connection to the motherboard with this cable connection in the same place. USB 2.0 should also be the right solution. Reinstall HD audio driver if necessary.

That's exactly what I need.

I need something simple. It should have a mic-in and an audio-out and fit in the front 3.5-inch bay of my computer. This item has this and 2 additional USB 2.0 ports. It was delivered quickly, well assembled and easy to install with 9 pin interfaces. .The cables were long enough to run from the front to the back of the case. Didn't cost much. Looks great. Works well.
