Significantly more durable than standard ABS filaments. High Performance - Fused Materials ASA features enhanced thermal stability, improved filament flow consistency, zero-warping and precise first and interlayer adhesion. Dimensional Accuracy & Consistency - We use CCD diameter measuring and a self-adaptive control system to ensure our ASA filament is consistently 1.75mm in diameter. Dimensional accuracy +/-0.03 mm; 1 kg spool (2.2lbs). Clog-free & Bubble-free - Our innovative manufacturing process to guarantees a smooth and stable printing experience. Our ASA filament dries for 24 hours and is then secured in our vacuum sealed packaging. We add a desiccant to further protect the ASA filament from moisture. Note: ASA filament is moisture sensitive.
