Onyx All-Purpose Boating Life Jacket Review

I bought these for our kayaks, I wouldn't use them for watersports. The top strap doesn't have much slack like the 2nd and 3rd, so it's a bit tight at the top. Great for the price, patriotic and light!

I am 5ft 2in and weigh 105lbs and it fits me perfectly, a little tight at the top but comfortable, just what I was looking for looks wisely, i will let you know how well it performs in the water after i go camping! Seems to be well made, looks pretty solid, can't tell much if it does what it's supposed to do in the water, but from the looks of it looks pretty legit.

This jacket has open sides making it versatile for adults. My husband is tall and I'm a 3X and it fits us both perfectly thanks to the adjustable straps. I have a lot of free space when I fully free mine. This actually works for any adult size. I was afraid it would be tight due to my size but it fit comfortably.

This lifejacket is too small. It says it's for an adult up to 52 in the chest. I am a male with a chest size 40 and I can hardly put it on. I made a return request due to an incorrect and misleading description. I have sent several return requests and have not received anything. I called Revain twice to finally get a return label AND NO shipping! Terrible company to deal with.

I order plus size and universal lifejackets; both arrived within 48 hours; both are too small. Sent the universal vest back. The description on the website states that the life jacket is for adults; It doesn't even fit my teen who is 5ft 9in, 120#. I'm 6ft 3", 205#, ordered a large vest to fit a chest up to 60" (I have a 48" chest), it doesn't fit me at all. The oversized version is great for my kid. The color is bright red, the goods came without defects.

There is nothing wrong with the product but when put on a 45 lb child and a very thin child it cannot be fully secured. The sizing chart shows the following: Child - Equipped with a leg strap for extra security (kids weighing 30-50 pounds). This is a direct inaccuracy and very problematic for a lifejacket, which some consider a life-saving device.
