Stupidest Design

I had a spacegaurd that was much easier to install. I didn't have 37 wires to thread the filter through. I would have ordered the box if I hadn't already ordered it. It's like threading folds of paper through the eye of a needle without punching holes.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • No Gun

The quality is ok

For the price I paid here compared to what I paid my air conditioning specialist I can't complain. But I needed to replace it ASAP so I bought from Revain. The matching style filter is torn and/or glued in most places. For now it serves its purpose but will sooner or later be replaced by one of my AC company.

Pros
  • shiny
Cons
  • not bad

Glued creases

Fits and is exactly what I need. Unfortunately the folds are glued together. There seemed to be too much glue under the adhesive strips on the sides of the media. I could not unfold the pleats to insert them into the air purifier. They were all pinned about six inches apart. I had to rip off the ribbons which ripped the pleats.

Pros
  • can also be understood by old people
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Installed this year in a Carrier mechanical filter housing, same as my local dealer and slightly cheaper. Assembly was a learned art for me as aligning the "folds" with the slots on the case can be frustrating but after practice it's not that hard and in the end it gets the job done.

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Best Oven Filter * Good fill

This is the best oven filter for a metal drawer cabinet ie General Aire AC-22 (formerly AC-1), the best oven filter in the business. BUT you must have this refill. This is the correct filling. It fits great. Ensures 100% oven cleanliness. Too bad so many people don't realize that your oven needs a filter like this. It filters 100 times better than any other filter. This replacement fits 100%. Buy buy buy.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Perfect fit for oven parts and accessories

I was very excited when I received my new filter. Fits just perfect. Slightly thicker than others I've used and I feel they pick up more dust. This filter is slightly stiffer which makes installation easier, thinner filters are very difficult to get into each slot. I am very happy with the quality and fit of this filter and will continue to purchase this particular filter. My A/C actually seems to run easier and pedal less. That really makes me happy.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • I will add later

I have bought 4 of these devices in the last month or two. The first one I bought thought I was ripped off for mishandling so I bought a few more to try and install thinking I was the problem. IT DID NOT HAPPEN! The next three broke just as easily. I've used them before (when it was the blue box) and they didn't tear that easily or at all, really. It was enough just to press the creases to break them. There are also these two pieces of paper or paper-like ribbon attached to the filter pleats…

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very expensive
