Bought two Genie 39165R Wall Consoles replacing two older Genie Wall Consoles that were originally installed side by side in 1998 for two doors and were 2 wire and Intellicode Series 2. So the new 39165R wall mounts are very compatible and worked straight away for our old Genie door openers (1/2 HP model 950/A installed in 1998) and their lights. This wall bracket is great! I recently moved into a new home where a builder installed a Genie Model 1028 garage door opener (formerly called the RelaG 650). The door opener was configured with a simple doorbell switch (Genie GWC-BX Series II switch). The doorbell switch worked but I couldn't lock the remotes when I went on vacation.
