High quality ABS filament

Really great price for a 5kg spool and we had great prints with this ABS. We usually buy 5-10 rolls at a time and the quality of the gizmodorks has been very consistent and none of our printers have had any issues.

Pros
  • 3D printing consumables
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Durability testing and part printing have shown this material is not ABS. It just fell apart in the lab. We returned it. It wasn't ABS plastic, it was something else but with the ABS marking. The characteristics did not match those of other GizmoDork ABS we had purchased and were happy with.

Pros
  • Additive Manufacturing Products
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

High delamination on tall (4 inch) printed parts

I have used Gizmo Dork filament in the past and I think it's good, but the filament I received has poor adhesion between layers . I've run this between 235-240 C on the hot end with an 80-90 C bed (with chamber). I run the same setup with black gizmo dorks on even higher parts and they have no separation. I will also note that this white is creamy on the white scale.

Pros
  • Industry and Science
Cons
  • No performance
