!Does not conduct! - Additive manufacturing products

Both before and after printing, even after grinding, this product will not be registered by the multimeter as a conductor. The product leaves a large amount of residue in the system, which requires tedious cleaning when changing the filament. I was hoping to find a cheaper alternative to most conductive filaments (which typically cost over $100/kg). I was expecting a higher resistance, but it's just non-conductive.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different

Too much money for a not so good product.

Bought this thread to test, the results are not very good. It took a long time to finally print it, lots of bad prints. Make sure you look at the print, the filament is clogged in the nozzle. To be honest this thread caused more problems for a very expensive price. If you don't have the patience and time, I don't recommend buying this thread. Also, it's not very conductive. In general, I like the filament of this company, but definitely needs work here.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Only available in white

Glued together? for consumables for 3D printing

The material itself is very good if you can get it to print and is conductive (static dissipating) as advertised. The problem is that they seem to be spliced together. Instead of a smooth extrusion all over the spool, spots occasionally appear on the filament where there is a droplet, as if it had been spliced together. You not only feel these spots, but so much that you can see them. Hopefully someone at Gizmo Dorks will take a look at these comments and make improvements to their productionโ€ฆ

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Expensive
