Excellent thread. Brown is more like Bronze

Hatchbox thread is the best I've used. Doesn't disappoint. We paid $50 for a spool of brown thread. And it turns out more bronze color. So not quite brown if that's what you're looking for. That looks great. Just not brown. The quality of the filament is top notch.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Dark green is garbage

Eventually I managed to print it on the descent. But now it just doesn't stick. My regular pla sticks to the bed slightly. I've tried everything. increase in bed temperature. Decrease in bed temperature. Increasing the nozzle temperature to a maximum of 250. This material requires more heat than it can handle. Freezes very quickly. Too fast. That's probably why it doesn't stick. I have a dark green one. Garbage.

Pros
  • 3D printing filament
Cons
  • No power

Doesn't match hatchbox quality, not worth the price

I was looking for a silver ABS plastic that has a bit of bling but just a boring flat gray color with the 2-1 /2 times the price Normal price for Hatchbox ABS. The print quality is actually much worse than the normal ABS hatchbox. It gets even worse after several months of storage. I will continue to use the regular black and white hatchbox ABS plastic for the filament but will ditch this 'special' unpainted version in the future.

Pros
  • 3D printing consumables
Cons
  • unreliable
