Best thing since sliced bread!

I have pain in my heels due to arthritic changes. The prosthetic person, who was fitting me with a knee brace, recommended them to me. I told him about my pain and he said majority of people got pain relief. He was right in my case!

Pros
  • Like color , softness, support
Cons
  • Does relieve but cushion makes my heel rise high in the shoe

Best heel cup I have found so far

Definitely helps my bruised heel. Best heel cup I have found. The other "gel" ones I tried were completely ineffective.

Pros
  • Heel Cushions & Cups
Cons
  • May cause rubbing or irritation

I tried so many inserts over several months. . Nothing was helping. Then I found these heel cups. I was pleased how quickly my pain started to subside! I wear them everyday. Gives me so much comfort!

Cons
  • May not be as effective for people with flat feet

Very comfortable for a 9 yo with acute heel pain

We put these directly in my 9 yo’s soccer cleats. They are very comfortable and allowed him to comfortably play 3 full soccer games this weekend. The picture shows them directly on the foot. My so. Said this is uncomfortable and sweaty. We put them in the shoe and then put his socked foot into the shoe. The biggest negative is the sides don’t stick well to the side of the cleat/shoe. So it is tough to get the foot in without curling down the sides. Each time my son puts on each shoe I need to…

Pros
  • Works well
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with allergies to certain materials

Foot cushions: my feedback

Purchased for my wife. She loves these cushions. They give her support and pain relief. They are also very comfortable to wear on her job, she is on her feet all day.

Pros
  • This is the best thing on the market for heel spur relief
Cons
  • May not be as durable as other heel cups on the market

Made a difference right away

Have had pain in back of heel where Achilles tendon inserts. I walk 1,000+ miles outdoors each year. The decrease in pain level is very noticeable.

Pros
  • Provides Effective Heel Pain Relief: Tuli's Heavy Duty Heel Cups are specially designed to cushion your feet and absorb shock, providing effective relief from heel pain caused by conditions like plantar fasciitis and sever's disease
Cons
  • May not provide enough support for people who stand all day

Piezogenic papules in my review

These do provide some pain relief for my heels, so I will continue to use them in situations where I don’t have a better option. However, they are difficult to get just right and tend to slip around. I will be trying other types of heel cushioning for my Piezogenic papule heel pain. So far, the best option has been Birkenstock shoes but that isn’t always practical.

Pros
  • SHOCK ABSORPTION DESIGN - The multi-cell, multi-layer design absorbs shock and returns impact energy just like the system naturally found in your feet when you walk or run. Tuli’s Heel Cups return that energy for maximum comfort and performance.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with foot deformities

Helpful but hard to keep in place

We bought these for our son who injured his heel playing football. They are helping relieve some of the pain, but it's been challenging figuring out how to keep them in place. They move around in his shoes a lot and putting them inside his socks wasn't very comfortable

Pros
  • ALLEVIATE HEEL PAIN – Tuli’s Heavy Duty Heel Cups provide heel pain relief caused by plantar fasciitis, Sever’s disease, excessive pronation, Achilles tendonitis, etc. Ideal for those on their feet for most of the day or those looking for added comfort.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with mobility issues
