Received Monday, installed Tuesday (today) and now my Polaris 800 Ranger runs like clockwork. I don't know what to add other than that the installation is not as easy as some make it out to be. That takes some time and patience. There may be a mechanical mind or a lack of it. Good buy and I recommend.

There were no instructions for installing the pump as per the Revain description. Called the company that was on hold forever. Left a message why I called. Haven't heard anything yet. I was able to figure it out and installed a new pump with no instructions and it works fine.

Just installed and works great! I would say that due to some small parts and wiring, you need to be at least a decent mechanic to make the transition. It came with a new regulator but it was 50psi and technology. said the ECU would have to be flashed to use it so I had to use my old ECU.

I had a major issue where my 2011 Polaris Ranger 800XP was barely running after 30-40 minutes. Low fuel pressure detected. This pump works great although the wires in the kit are a bit short. I highly recommend installing an included high pressure regulator and flashing the ECU at the dealer if you have a 2011-2012 model. I was still having problems until I installed a higher pressure regulator.

It looks like this kit has a lot of parts that you don't need. They should be for other models. The only issue I had was that the o-ring that goes to the pump was 2 large. Comes with 2 o-rings, none fit my 2013 RZR. I used the original and put everything back together. It would be nice to have a model specific kit and instructions. In general, idle and misfire stopped working after warming up.

It was easy to install but I have some mechanical knowledge. Directions were lame. I watched a YouTube video which wasn't very detailed either. But it fixed my 2013 RZR 800S, now it runs like a champ. Mine was off, backfired and cut out at low revs, as soon as I cranked it up it worked but not very well. The new pump works 100% Very satisfied! I used insulated wires without soldering.
