Misleading & Disappointing Hardware Accessory

As a result of using this product, I found that it claims to be versatile but is incapable of properly securing any door. Instead,it's misleading, too complicated, and requires extensive modifications to fit most openings.

Everything is fine except for the curved rail

The item arrived with a curved rail on one end but luckily it was longer than I needed so I just cut that end off. Everything in the photo was included. launch kit.

Better quality than the Prime Line rail previously installed

Everything in the photo was in the box and in new condition. The quality of the metal parts is a bit thicker and heavier than the Prime Line kit I replaced due to the track and door handle bending over time.
