After assembling, the door is beautiful. Building is another matter. There are no instructions, just a picture. I'm an engineer and I could easily build a house. It's extremely important to use spacers between each vertical board, even if it's not practical. Traditional assembly requires the serrated grooves to be pressed firmly against each other to create a strong assembly. If you do this, the transom boards will not fit and the door will not be the width you ordered. Even using the washers…

The only issue I have with this track is that you cannot use a repair plate when using the 10ft track and double doors. So instead of the repair plate I put the stops in the middle. Ideally I would like the door to stop near the center and not hit another door, but I can't because the repair plate is in the way of the stops. I have an old door that is exactly 1.5" thick and needed an extra screw on the gasket to allow it to slide. A 1.25 inch thick door should fit. Installation requires two people and requires some patience. A design where two boards are joined together is far from ideal. The wheels don't slide evenly where the two bars meet and yes I used a bubble level throughout the installation process. This company had different sizes and they were much cheaper. The quality wasn't as good as the local store, but for the price it was pretty good. So I give it high marks for value.
