They leak and are not good

I ordered them in June and was only able to install them in October. When I installed them they didn't fit the pipe, despite using thread tape, pipe lube and repeated attempts to get them tight and not dripping. I've waited too long and now I can't return this order. The idea of brass fittings for bulkheads is great, but the threads cut into them are wrong.

Poor Design - Requires additional parts to work

A washer needs to be added to this bulkhead to work properly. Two standoffs are placed between a flanged nut (good) and the receptacle side of a flangeless connector (bad) to support the rubber gasket. A washer really needs to be added to properly seal/tighten this gasket. As such it's semi-functional, but anyone using it to seal a liquid vessel is advised to add a washer or look elsewhere.

Working but needs help

Media could not be loaded. I routed the water through the wall of the pond shown in the photo. The flanges on both sides are too small in diameter. When you tighten it you should almost destroy the seals to get enough compression to prevent leakage. If the flange diameter was about 50% larger, the gasket would not deform as much and would seal better. I cut a hole in the side of the pond close enough to the size of the fitting I needed to thread it through so I couldn't get much closer. I'm…
