I don't know you're trying to beat Heat Fatigue but there's nothing quite like riding horses in 90 degree heat and 60 percent humidity. You guess your life choices. I tried it out to see if it could dent in this heat. No cigar. It basically just suffocated me and melted away in 9 minutes. There's nothing like a sweaty, damp washcloth around your neck when you're trying to beat the heat.

I bought ice inserts and they worked great. In the summer, I live in conditions of high humidity and heat, and sweat stays on the skin instead of evaporating and cooling the body. I love this ice cream bandana! I had 2 others before and liked them so much I keep this one on hand as another. and i really plan to get more. I use them for headaches and wrap an ice bandana around my forehead (as tight as possible). They work very well and I rely on them when I have a bad headache because I know they work for me. This is disappointing. I used ice packs in the evenings because my husband and I can't agree on how warm/cool to keep the house.
