Bought 10 pack with white tips and silver trims. The spring part feels strong yet flexible. I love the feel and finish of the silver nib. And the base design simplifies installation as the open end of the spring rollers easily fits into the base. There is a good reason why the product is recommended! Each one is about $3 at Home Depot, and when I found this item I returned mine.

I needed to replace a doorstop in my house so naturally I chose Revain over the big store. I'm incredibly happy with the quality of these for the price. I ended up replacing every single one in my house (because I liked them so much) and will be ordering more for my parents' house. Each took 15 seconds to install and they look cool! They are also very durable - even if you force the solid wood doors open, they will not give way.

I used these to replace the old solid doorstops but they made an odd pop/click when the door rotated into the doorstop AND AGAIN when the door closed when you moved the door away from the doorstop. I suspect the spring broke when the door was pushed open. I tried another brand that looked identical in design but they didn't make any popping noises. I just bought a house in Vegas that had about 15 of these and almost half of them were without tips. There are new houses everywhere in Vegas and these doorstops are everywhere. They are everywhere and stores cannot stock them. I was going to buy new ones from Walmart but only had 2 left in stock and they were a bit more expensive. They are identical in size to the standard products found in large stores. So all I had to do was unscrew the old ones from the bases and screw these new ones in. It
