Hook not included. didn't notice until they ripped open the plastic bag as if someone had removed the hooks that were supposed to come with the net. Update: The seller recently lost the hooks and fasteners.

I have had this product for a little over a month and one of the hooks has already broken. Because I can't use it for its intended purpose. I checked the return date and it was 5 days past. So I'm stuck with a product that I can't use or return. money wasted! I am disappointed with the product overall.

This item will NOT fit my car. Although the description specifically says yes. Attempting to ship it back will incur a USPS shipping fee of nearly $13. That's about what I paid for the item. Very very disappointed. I think I'll just leave it at this stage. Maybe it fits one of my friends cars.

I had to return this product. The bottom hooks are very difficult to remove and reattach. Also, the mesh I received was very saggy on the left side. It just looked bad. Amazon has a better version of this type of cargo net for less money. These hooks are much easier to use. I have a 2018 Toyota Highlander Le Plus.

I was very happy when I got this net. It worked well and fit my Kia Sorento perfectly. However, it broke after 4 months of use. One of the straps just snapped. I am comparing this to my 2004 Sienna Mesh which has lasted over 10 years and I am not satisfied. I don't consider this a quality product. I wouldn't buy it again.

Great product, great price. I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander and it fits perfectly. The lower part is fastened and the upper elastic is simply twisted. Elastic stretches well. A typical bungee cord type material. There's space at the bottom, but all you have to do is put things in the grid, not behind it. 7/14/17 - Updated to take a photo (finally lol), also bought a liner and covered it up as shown in the picture. Bought to keep a few boxes in the trunk of my 2015 Subaru Impreza sedan. I wanted to be able to split the trunk in half, but Subaru's mesh ran all the way back, near the opening. This product worked great as an alternative. It came with handles that could be screwed into the trunk liner, elastic loops on the net that just slipped underneath.
