Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!

Bought due to relocation. My paradigm monitor 11 is redundant for a small room, of course, this would not stop me, but there is nowhere to put them. And these kids are just right!

Pros
  • They work in conjunction with marantz: sa 7001 ki; pm 7003; ud 5007. Despite the small size, the sound is quite adult. I listen mostly to classical and heavy metal. Vocals are magical. They look great and are quite heavy. In the hands - a monolith. Perfectly sang with my marantz, listen and enjoy. The bass is sufficient, who cares).
Cons
  • Didn't notice any flaws while owning. Unless my cat loves them as much as I do, which causes my displeasure. Well, this is where grills come in handy.

A really necessary purchase, glad I found this product.

For a long time I wanted to buy something not very expensive and good-sounding for the kitchen, I thought about taking a mini system similar to the Denon D-M41, but then I figured it out and decided to take a modular one anyway - so I chose these speakers - in terms of size / sound / price / quality + amplifier denon pma-520ae + while I drive music from the phone via jack These speakers give just incredible bass, there are even plugs for the phase inverter in the kit, but I won’t insert them…

Pros
  • great sound appearance
Cons
  • no grills

Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!

My kit consists of a NAD C 541i sit-down player, an integrated amplifier Marantz PM 7005, home computer and KEF Q150 speakers. All this in a room of 18 square meters. The sound of these speakers is simply amazing. The basses are crisp and fast, the attack of percussion instruments is simply stunning with its realism. The middle is detailed and lively. You can listen to music on them for hours, it does not tire and is replete with details.

Pros
  • Very musical speakers.
Cons
  • Didn't find it.

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

The fact is that they sound “rear” in my recreation center, and the front (main) acoustics I have are KEF R3, but then I decided to experiment and put them on the front, and I was impressed, I won’t say that it’s just like R3, but the thing is that I was not at all disappointed with them after R3, that is, you turn on acoustics for 20-25 thousand after acoustics for 150 thousand and I am sure that they will not be able to! And they did it! Even as they could))) bass, mids, highs and even the…

Pros
  • Sound ! Scale, stereo stage, bass, price, in general, amazing Acoustics for its price, but ! Similar to comment
Cons
  • I don’t even know for this price with its capabilities what to complain about.

After the usual cheap little Chinese computer speakers - heaven and earth. Amplifier Cambridge AXA35. Bass is very pleasant. It is not as deliberately depressing as teenagers like it, but it is detailed and enveloping. I bought in remote. Ru Its pros: - Very compact - Fast drivers - Democratic price - Appearance - Vocal and bass sound Cons below: These are the little things: - The quality of pasting the body on 4-ku - Pasting of an external plastic flange into the front panel on 4-ku.

As such, there are no disadvantages, it is convenient to use.

I've been using these speakers for almost two years. And I noticed that a lot of music in the flak format voices hum, or, as it were, wheeze, choke when they start to pull words, or, as it were, a metallic ringing stretches. It turns out that this is a feature of the speakers. That is: when you listen to sounds - individual instruments, all sorts of rustles, new details in old songs - then you admire the accuracy and detail of reproduction. That's what audiophiles answered me :: What sounds…

Pros
  • Quality performance.
Cons
  • Sound.

Good value for money, I recommend.

No guys, this is not KEF! This is Dr. Drill Drill Glass Bolt from Monitor Audio! I listened in the salon with Marantz, I liked it very much, I bought it. I can't listen at home with Onkyo A9030! On high scalpel and blood from the ears, but there is no middle at all. That is, there is a middle, of course, but somewhere far away. The sound is detailed, detailed, but very bright. In short, these speakers are indicated if you need to enliven the sound of too soft and sweet-voiced sources. The Q350…

Pros
  • Sound. Design. Grills on magnets. Modulated plugs for the phase inverter are included.
Cons
  • Sound. Grills are not included and must be purchased separately.

A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

I chose between a given oberon, they have either a small or already large one, the same column is medium in size, while the sound caused a wow effect! I am very happy with the purchase, listening to vinyl has reached a new level .

Pros
  • Size, sound quality
Cons

The quality is top notch and I recommend the product for purchase.

The system consists of a Teac AI-301 DA amplifier, an Audio-Technica AT-LP120 USB turntable, two Kef Q150s. At first, the middle ones seemed to be filled up - a kind of V-shaped frequency response, but either I listened, or the speakers warmed up, now the sound is on the height I need. Like it very much. I assembled a console table for the entire system and placed it in the middle of the room. I recommend it in general.

Pros
  • Appearance - exactly what you need. Very stylish. Build quality, weight. In general, kindness. By the way, I bought the grills separately. They are on magnets, I shoot when I listen.
Cons
  • Didn't find any deficiencies.

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.

The sound is clear and detailed. The highs are well defined, the bass is powerful and resilient. Any style plays flawlessly. These speakers were taken exclusively to work with a computer, so there is nothing to complain about. That's just the lack of grills upset. The speakers are on the table, within reach of hands, pencils and other objects, and it is better to cover the speakers.

Pros
  • Liked the look very much. Minimalistic cube :) The sound, for small shelf speakers, is very decent. And the bass is good and the tops are just like the more expensive speakers.
Cons
  • The greed of the manufacturer just rolls over! - Not only are the grills sold separately, but they are not sold as a set, 2 pieces, but ONE at a price of almost TWO thousand for EACH!. That is, two pieces of plastic covered with gauze cost FOUR thousand! I understand that without grills it can be prettier, which is very subjective, but personally I prefer diffusers to be protected from accidental damage. I have already bought 6 sets of acoustics and for the first time I see that the grills were not included in the set, and even that they were sold one at a time. As they explained to me in the store - "This is the policy of the KEF company." Took one star off just because of that.

I am happy with everything, the product matches the description.

I have had quite a few kefs and have something to compare with. When I bought it, I connected it to a yamaha and listened to a few sits, then I listened to the same sits in the same room in the Denon set plus iQ3 shelf speakers - I was amazed at the difference in sound - the 150s have a small cartoon sound with an overabundance of high ones, the old iQ3s have a real adult like many real ones Kefov. I also have a 3005SE "egg" cine set - I compared it with them and I think they sound more…

Pros
  • Compactness, price (on the occasion I took it very cheaply)
Cons
  • Non-serious sound, probably only for computer speakers

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent product, the best quality.

I do not recommend Denon for amplifiers and receivers - the sound is too minor, you can still listen to Pink Floyd, but disco is already a bit difficult. Choose a brighter amplifier - something like a Yamaha. They should also go well instead of native acoustics to the top-end MCs Yamaha and Pioneer (although it’s better, of course, to listen, but always with “warmed up” speakers!)

Pros
  • Good sound, undemanding to install (I didn’t even mumble in the corner, although the FI is behind)
Cons
  • The rustic look of the speakers (in the past series, the design was more interesting), they won’t sing with any amplifier

The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!

The speakers were purchased as bookshelves for listening to music of different genres and as part of a home theater (fronts) in a 20m2 room. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The speakers are 100% doing their job. I listen to them classical, jazz, rock. The acoustics sound great throughout the entire frequency range. Good scene building accuracy. Excellent dynamic range. And most importantly, you get all this at a very low volume level. For these acoustics, you do not need to "twist" the…

Pros
  • Great all-rounder.
Cons
  • Grills are not included in the delivery. Need to buy extra.

Pretty amazing sound

I saw it on sale for $300 and bought it. I considered getting the LS50 before, but it was just a lot of money. With them I can see how KEF speakers sound for a pretty good price. I was really surprised at how good these speakers sound. The sound quality is impressive. You sound very clear. The highs sound perfect. I was skeptical about the all in one driver but I think it works pretty well. What I don't like about these speakers is the way they look. I find them really ugly and square. I think…

Head to head comparison, KEF wins!

I love my kef. I bought these speakers along with a few others to test side by side. Including Q Acoustic 3020i, Polk S20, Polk S15 and Jamo S803. I can give a brief description of each speaker: Q Acoustic 3020i: Very crisp, would be great for classical music, but compared to Kefs it's cold and a bit lifeless, especially in the mids. Polk S20: Actually the closest thing to a Kef in my opinion, lively and really open sounding, but the speakers are damn big. Polk S15: Tried these based on the…

Much better than Q100.

First of all the box I received is partially open but I still decided to try it. I was looking for a bookshelf 6 months ago and after trying 6-7 bookshelves I decided on ELAC UB5. In my search, one of the speakers tested is the KEF Q100. After testing the Q100 for a week, I decided it wasn't for me. It was too bright and exhausting. Maybe the KEF sound signature just isn't for me. I saw the Q150 for sale last Black Friday and decided to give KEF another chance. Out of the box I can say that…

Nice sounding small speakers for easy turntable installation

I was looking for bookshelf speakers for a modest sound system in my home office. Based on some research and reviews I was about to buy a KEF Q100 when I discovered that it had only recently been replaced by the Q150. I couldn't find much information on the Q150 but I took the plunge and bought a pair. You are now connected to the PS Audio Sprout and the Clearaudio Concept player. I'm by no means a music lover, but I'm very impressed with these speakers. They sound amazingly clear and precise…
