I have a standard office door but this lock did not fit when closed, the latch portion was too short and would not fully engage the hasp. I followed another reviewer's comment and just swapped out the knobs and it works. The instructions are small and useless. There are pictures of a "tool" that looks like a long piece, but what has been attached to it is a long piece of plastic with the ends cut off that doesn't fit in handles or anywhere else. On the plus side it looks good, comes with 3 keys

Update: I contacted oohoo, they offered me a half refund to keep the lock as I somehow fixed the lock myself (despite efforts, run to the local store and pay for WD40). So far the problem hasn't come back after spraying with WD40. So I'm guessing it just came without lube. The lock is currently working as expected. I got a bad one, ran dry (no lube or oil), the lock bolt keeps getting stuck inside after opening before I even installed it on the door (bolt won't pop out). after turning the knob)

Less than two years later I had to buy a new lock. Of course, that in itself is frustrating. The previous lock was from Menard and cost almost three times as much as this one. But two months later, the problems started. First, the handle had to be thrown down with more force. Later it started to stick and made a popping noise just before opening. Then a few more months later it wouldn't open until the handle was pulled up. I finally gave up when it wouldn't open at all unless tossed up and down
