Tool out of spec, stuck in hinge

Worst decision, trying to save a few bucks. The instrument was either not quite round or slightly enlarged. After installing the axle, this tool got stuck in the knuckle and took an hour to hammer out and get out. Spend an extra $20-$30 and get a branded over-the-counter tool. Fits perfectly the first time and this tool comes with a foam sleeve for storage. You get what you pay for. Spend the extra money to get the job done once and right.

Great gift for an enemy or someone you hate!

If you like buying a special tool that doesn't work and makes things difficult, then this is for you! The tool did not fit properly on the axle because the interior of the tool did not meet specifications. So if you try to hammer the seal in with a tool, it will get stuck on the axle! That means you have to take the whole axle out, reseal it, and spend a few hours trying to get that piece of crap off the axle and hoping it doesn't damage the flange or splines. Recommended tool if you like…

not quite suitable for Seals

Well made and durable tool. These seals must be designed in such a way that they are not damaged during installation. My poor rating is due to the disappointment I experienced when using it on the first print. I started tapping the tool to seat the gasket and about 2/3 the way it stopped moving. The tool got stuck on the axle and I couldn't get it loose. I had to knock off a new $50 seal to get the tool off the axle. Examining the inside of the tool, I found that the innermost part was too…
