What Can You Say About Kreg Products? They work and work and work. I love this attachment that attaches to my small shop vacuum without any dust or particles coming off the Kreg attachment. It also keeps the wood I'm drilling into the hole clean. It's one step less than what I have to do. I would advise if your kid didn't bring it then buy it, it's worth it. The Revain price is the best I could find. And with top-notch shipping, you can't beat it. I expect this product to last for many years

Sometimes Kreg products can (IMHO) be overpriced - this product isn't one of them. I bought this dust collection accessory for the obvious reason and it works really well when connected to the K4 attachment and a shop vacuum. It doesn't pick up all the sawdust down to the last crumb, but it's enough to justify the purchase price. If I use a slower feed when drilling holes, more dirt is collected. When you see it (in your hands) the first impression will be. Doesn't seem like much for what I paid. (So yeah, I guess Creg isn't losing any money on it) But it's worth it. Great item! Not that this needs another review, but here's mine anyway. In combination with the Bosch VAC003 adapter I can connect my Festool CT26 vacuum cleaner and no chips are left behind. I was very impressed with it when I first used it given the havoc the Kreg makes without collecting dust. I recently bought a K4 faucet and built a bedside table with no suction head. It hurt because all the wood chips and sawdust were flying everywhere. It got stuck in the jig slots and had to be cleaned constantly. I made a bedside table to match but used a vacuum attachment and the difference was day and night. Perfect match for K4 bracket. This allows your dust collector to suck up all those shavings while you're drilling blind holes. He snaps in immediately. The only downer is that the brass thumbscrew is now hidden in a slot and not easily accessible. As part of this fix, Kreg should include (or at least suggest) a replacement for the longer screw.
