KYB recommended OEM replacement shock for domestic trucks. Specifically calibrated to help restore original handling and control characteristics. Uses a seamless working cylinder matched with a Teflon coated piston band for a positive seal and longer life. Triple chrome plated piston rod and multi-lip oil seals that reduce wear. Solid seamless mounting eye rings and bolt bushings to eliminate rattles.

Fantastic improvement

I replaced my original 37 year old OEM shock absorbers with these and it was an amazing improvement. No, these aren't the best of the best dampeners, but for the price, they're still fantastic.

Bottom lug too wide for 1995 F-250

Bottom lug was too wide to fit my 1995 F-250. But since this was the second set of shocks I ordered from Revain (the first one didn't fit either) I had no choice but to grind the tab to fit. I'm sure this will make them rust sooner, but I've already destroyed the old shock absorbers by removing them.

Quality product - buy without hesitation. Better than most brands you have heard of

I have never used KYB on a 4 wheel so I decided to give it a try. I replaced a set of Monroe shocks on my F-350. Duallie with them, and fit, overall ride quality, as well as shock absorption are greatly improved. I would definitely buy again - especially for the price. I have had KYB suspension components on many of my motocross bikes and know that they are of good quality. components.

Factory suspension restored in my 30 year old truck -

Factory suspension restored in my 30 year old truck - incomparably better than Monroe and Gabriel which I had to replace every 6-12 months. I am someone who blurs the line between humble and cheap bastard and I wish I had bought them years ago! Even though I got YEARS of free warranty shocks, these KYBs only cost $20 more than the shocks I've used. I've spoken to a few older car owners who have used KYB shocks and they have the same experience with ride restoration. They don't fix bad or wornโ€ฆ

I have to say if anyone asks me what front shocks to get on a machine like mine I would recommend these

had no experience with the brand before. I have to say that these are really high quality shock absorbers. They made the front end of my 20 year old f150 pretty much the same as when I bought it. Physically, they're smaller in diameter than the factory shocks, but the design and construction is very solid, the ride is firm rather than soft, and they definitely control cornering. The bottom bracket required some care when installing, you may need to cut about a millimeter off it with a flat file
