Comfortable cone! in Cats

Much better than the standard plastic cone the vet sends you home. We noticed a huge difference in our pup when we replaced the plastic cone with a comfortable cone. She seemed happier and more relaxed inside him. This makes it easier for your dog to see, hear, eat and move. Also leaves room around the face and neck for good old scratches. It is also very easy to clean, as the blue coating comes off immediately. I bought the medium for my 7 month old corgi, she is quite slim now at 17lbs so the

LOVE this collar, suitable for cats

Bought this collar - didn't think our pup would do well with the 'Cone of Shame' after neutering. Bought it beforehand so he could get used to wearing it. He likes it because it's soft and it's easy for him to fall asleep in it. He was good right from the start - although as a puppy he wanted to gnaw everything. It's really soft and comfortable. We had one over a number of years in an older dog that had to have growths removed several times. She also liked this collar. Holds them up to…

Person is happy with the product, bulldog pout

This is our 12 year old bulldog princess Phoebe. She likes to lick her paws. She doesn't like to listen to us. "Try the Cone of Shame!" they said, "You just have to make her stubborn!" She once wore a Cone of Shame for 3 hours without moving. Not an inch. This product keeps her from licking her precious paws and keeps me from going insane. In addition, it is 4 times cheaper than a local pet store. Lo and behold, she is sitting. She can even have a drink and carry it for a walk. We accidentally…

Comfortable collar for dogs, large size

My dog is a red healer and weighs 52 pounds. He recently had surgery and this collar works well but definitely not as effective as the Cone of Shame. He figured out how to turn it over by shaking his whole body so the hole was under his chin. This allowed him to get to the surgical site. But during the day, as long as I'm with him and he's (unfortunately) sedated, it works very well. In fact, I take it off him when he eats so he can rest. I wish I could figure out how to tighten it so it…

Lab 29 Dog Collar

This was the third style of inflatable collar that I have purchased. This one is perfect in size, quality and comfort. I used it for a severe ear allergy. Wears every day with no problems. I bought a green Pro Collar and the material tore easily. I bought a pink Goodboy and the buckle was uncomfortable for a small dog. Also, Goodboy was too big to fit through a dog door or just eat. They failed to advertise an outside circumference of 35-36 inches and a width of 11 inches. After 3 purchases…

Much better than a cone!

My Australian Shepherd has been spayed and is very docile so I needed something comfortable to keep her from licking. I find plastic cones just plain cruel. He could twist the pillow so the two ends were in front and then he could reach it, but luckily he's not a big slime so all I had to do was tell him no and he stopped. He couldn't reach if the "seam" or Velcro was at the back. And it mattered how puffed up he was. The very slight difference in stiffness made a big difference in how well it…

Better than a cone of shame

I bought this for my 16 lb cattle dog mix. Unfortunately, his legs are so long that even with a collar, he can still get the cut if he really wants to. I actually started giving it back and was going to call my vet and get this stupid cone of shame, but I ended up getting sick and decided to keep it. We didn't put the collar through the loops because it just pulls on the collar clip where the hole is on the ring and it bothers my pup. So he wears it without, and if you pull it on as tight as…

Does NOT work for the underside of the tail. Dog can still achieve

I bought this product for my 15 year old Border Collie who has recently developed a chronic tail chewing problem that has lasted for over 6 weeks. She may also have developed some sort of separation anxiety or doggie behavior. She wore the traditional plastic cone, aka the Cone of Shame or the Elizabethan Collar, for two months, and I figured that would be a more comfortable option. The plastic cone caused her cock to cake and heal, and she seemed uninterested in chewing it. In fact, I thought…
