Loved the colors but it was a birthday present. When my 10 year old unpacked and put them on we were shocked when 3 nuts and washers fell off (out of 4!) trying to ride! Disappointment is not even what we feel when we know that our child may have harmed themselves because of the product we have chosen.

My second purchase of these skates. Both have been given to adults and I have been told that they are very comfortable and have plenty of padding and support in the ankle area. The owner of the first purchase changed the wheels and bearings and said it made a big difference. If you're not sure if you'll enjoy skating, give these a try as they won't cost you a penny.

I haven't skated in over 20 years so my opinion is one sided. It's like working in a restaurant, it tires your legs and can cause blisters. Comfortable and soft yes, but not in an hour. They scratch very easily. After one use, it feels like I've been riding for a month. I'm not sure about the weight of the skates but they seem heavy to me. For money I say yes, especially if it's an "I'll try" purchase.

I bought these skates for my daughter as she is now learning to skate. We were extremely disappointed not only with the look, but also with the size. You can see the glue on the cheap stuff the skates are made of and the wheels don't seem to roll all the time when outside. Also, I bought a size bigger so she can grow in it, but her fingers are wrinkled on top. Now I have to figure out how to get a refund. I do not recommend!

Bought these for my daughter as we have started to fly a lot on the rink. I loved the fun colors of these skates and when I received them I liked that they are very soft and comfortable around the ankle and can be worn right out of the box. She literally wakes up and puts them on to wear around the house all day. Tiled floors thank goodness ;) They come with outside wheels which is great for her as she loves carrying them around.

I'm a grown woman who has wanted to get back into roller skating for a long time (not since I was a kid!). I didn't want an expensive pair because I wasn't sure I'd like them, but I didn't need the cheapest pair I could find either. That was great! Love these skates! I am an overweight adult woman. I wear size 9.5 shoes and have size 7 skates. It's snug without being too tight and the cushioning in the boot makes it so cozy. The wheels roll easily right out of the box and the trucks move well. The wheels are firmer than I would have preferred for outdoor use, but I've used them outdoors without too much trouble.
