The product looks great, is quick and easy to put on. A bit concerned after reading a few reviews from people saying they turn pink. Let's see what happens, I'll post in a month.

I don't know how to use them. I know it's just shackles, but the color is perfect, the feel is perfect, they look pleasing, and they come in a presentation-worthy foam-lined box (although the presentation is cardboard and foam). I don't care if they can easily handle 10 ton logs in the woods, they just look so good it hardly seems to work.

I needed a pair of oversized shackles for farm work. I saw these and liked that they are powder coated. They arrived in record time. The packaging was great. Cut out a foam support for each strut in a very strong box. They are just as strong and beautiful as advertised. I almost hated getting them dirty but they had been used and abused before and they lived up to my expectations. Excellent item and seller.

Good temples, quality finish. Matched my new yellow HitchLink Factor 55 perfectly and looked so good I left it hanging in the truck. I think someone else thought it was very cute too because they stole it the second day I had it in my truck. Sigh knew it was possible, but figured I'd go hunting in a few days and maybe leave it at that. I will buy another set.

I use shackles to connect various felling and stump cables. In the photo, the shackle is between the pull block and the yellow tree saver. Easy to use with large tow straps. I usually carry a small adjustable wrench to loosen a grub screw after it's been energized. I've got it with me because it's for a chainsaw, but it will come in handy once the strings are taut. High quality, highly recommended and cheaper than big stores.

These things are very nicely made. I got them to come with a recovery harness and I think I'll feel bad if I ever have to use them. Seriously, I honestly didn't expect them to be so 100% ad-supported. They are big and sturdy and for my F350 they will certainly do the job. Also not mentioned in the description but a nice touch (although not applicable to my application) is that they include rubber washers for people who will be installing them permanently to prevent the rings from scratching the

So I bought these for my Tesla X just in case I get stuck and need to unplug (and yes you can charge a Tesla by plugging it into the drive and unplugging it, it's like a trigger). The x model is very heavy so I got these which are grossly overpriced until you READ the stamp on the part. They are advertised as 57,000lb strength BUT the piece says WLL 4 3/4 tons. WLL is the workload limit. So you're saying this has a 9,000lb load limit and still stays together up to 57,000lbs? You should be aware

staples work but arrived damaged. They had scratches where the powder coating had been removed. Purely cosmetic, but they had to be brand new. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and offered me a new pair of shackles. They were also scratched. The black powder coating had peeled off in a spot about half an inch in diameter, revealing the protective layer underneath, as if the powder coating wasn't adhering well to the temple.
