This is the second time I've bought this product (my son just broke our door open). It's a standard fit that makes life so easy that you don't have to go to the store. The seller couldn't even find it at Lowe's! It's also a great value since you get two.

The spring in the case doesn't stay in the case when the door is closed. Inside (unlike Original Equipment) there is no significant lip to hold the spring in place so it always pops out. Don't waste your money and effort on this product

My husband spent hours fixing the door on our double closet. I ordered this piece and it was fully functional in about ten minutes. He even opened and closed the door multiple times because he was blown away that I fixed it so quickly and easily. I mean, he's a janitor, but leave the repairs to me. ;)

They are not intended to be installed on site. There is a high possibility that one of the protrusions will break when pressed. The door and top rail must be removed. Snugger slides to the end of the track. This is explained in the first question and answer on this point. Haven't seen it until now - after breaking one of the brackets. It is unforgivable that it came without instructions.

Ordered in 2 packs, unfortunately one of the rails had a tab broken on arrival and it won't stay on the road with this broken piece. I tried exchanging/replacing it through Amazon or the seller but there was no link for it - leave feedback/feedback about the package or product only. . . So that's the only way out and the reason I'm posting the review - you get what you pay for!

They match our old door perfectly. One of the issues I had with others was that they thought the pieces would snap and the tabs would break. The parts will not snap, you have to remove the rail and place it on the rail. I would recommend cleaning the rail (top and bottom) thoroughly and applying a light coat of car grease (or some type of grease) to the bottom rail. My door hasn't moved so smoothly in at least 20 years.

Received these rails today. I am extremely disappointed. quality is bad. You are twisted. Clips may not work due to deformation. Tried to straighten - to no avail. Compared to the original part, the quality of these parts is rubbish. I can't find them locally so I decided to give it a try. Spring. I think I'll keep looking. Edit 02/15/19. I found a seller selling them online for $1.59 each and they really fit. They are not deformed and just clicked into place. Too bad they're not here at…
