I like how easy it was to use their website when ordering or picking up products from them! It made everything so much easier than calling customer support which can be difficult sometimes because you are not always given clear directions about what your options are. Sometimes there's also nothing available at certain times during weekdays or weekends (or even holidays). It helped me out tons! There's nothing I dislike about this software other than how time consuming it can be when you make minor changes like adding items or updating your inventory at different times throughout each day/week etc..
