Great product, best quality.

Some pros: I use the second year - the camera is a miracle. Excellent built-in microphone. I picked up Windows on my own. Different cons: It does not cling to the monitor well and closes the screen a little.

An ideal product for any type of consumer.

Bought for online foreign language classes. They see me, they hear me. And the camera does a good job with the microphone function in Counter-Strike. What else is needed?) It sits firmly on the monitor and just fits on the frame around the display without blocking the view.

Pros
  • Price Quality Brand
Cons
  • Not for this money

A good and high-quality product, but there are disadvantages.

The marriage is that after a few years or earlier (depending on how often you use it), the video sensor fails and the screen turns white. There is an assumption that Logitech stupidly huddle on high-quality soldering. But then how did they not go bankrupt with such a product? Pros below: The camera shoots well The camera is conveniently mounted on frameless monitors Some cons: Alone, but FATAL! Fourth camera in a row! How do Logitech manage to sculpt this in such quantity and with the SAME…

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

With its pros: Excellent inexpensive and high-quality webcam. The picture quality is decent, beautiful design, there is a built-in microphone, everything comes with 1 USB cable Some cons: The mount is really a little uncomfortable, but it's not scary, the sound through the microphone is like "from a barrel"

It's impossible to use it, don't waste your money.

I used it for a year, 2-3 times on Skype via video link, I decided somehow to call my friends, the microphone works, but there is no video, well, I think the driver, reinstalled, USB changed, nothing works, in general, the camera for 1 time, solve the problem Even the support team couldn't

A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

Its pros: Decent video quality for the price The microphone is excellent Under Win 10 works out of the box With its cons: The wire is a little short, but in general, it's normal, if it's not enough, you can buy an extension cord

Not a good product, not worth the money.

Which is why I decided to write a review. There are 300 of them here - in my life I didn’t comment on a product where there are a lot of reviews, but then I decided . I’ll start with the fact that I only use the webcam to record videos [4: 3] 800 * 600 and 640 * 480. When I bought it, I knew that people wrote super positive reviews about the c270 (gray model) I am at the first entry with max. I was not impressed with the quality. Video in daylight is written with some kind of noise (video gain…

Pros
  • I'll start with the pluses, this is the quality of the microphone! It's on top. And there are no more pluses as such.
Cons
  • The hypocrisy of the manufacturer (on the site it is indicated that 720p at 30fps is written, but in reality the current is 15fps) More video recording quality with max. settings - it looks terrible (as the manufacturer found out, he began to put small matrices in the webcam) The webcam heats up a lot (even when there is no recording, just in standby mode - as I understand the software, you need to turn off everything!) Through several years (with a rare inclusion for recording 4: 3 video in its own proprietary software with low video quality), the camera started with some defects: either the entire viewing screen was white / then gray / then black - it was treated by pulling it out of the socket 5 times and sticking it back in. Then this method stopped treating these bugs - took it apart - washed away all the flux . For a while it starts without bugs.

Good value for money, I recommend it.

Despite the fact that there are some drawbacks, I am pleased with the purchase as a whole because the camera is perfect for maintaining a continual connection and holding professional meetings in video format. Important details to keep in mind: 1. When using frameless monitors, you will need to get used to having a portion of the screen covered up. 2. If you use MacOS, you won't be able to adjust the position of the camera because doing so will cause the control panel to close. 3. If you are…

Pros
  • 1. a price that is reasonable for a webcam of this quality. After looking at evaluations of older models (310 and 505), I concluded that there is no reason to overpay for the newer model. Take 270. You should get the same thing. 2. Acceptable video picture quality. 720p falls short in all honesty. There is a difference in the visual quality between Zoom and Meet, and there is a good chance that there is also a difference in Skype. It worked well for me. 3. An excellent microphone that is built in (this is also a minus). It is quite good at picking up sound. Interlocutors have good hearing, much better than the microphones on macbook computers. 4. The brightness/contrast/white balance/saturation settings of the camera can be adjusted with the help of software that can be downloaded from the Logitech website. 5. You can run it on Windows or Mac OS X by simply connecting it to a USB port. Through the hub, it is functioning properly for me. No issue. But, the quality is unsettling out of the box; therefore, you should install the native program in order to adjust the settings; do not be lazy. 6. normally maintains a constant presence on the monitor. If you do not prescribe bream to the monitor, like they did in in the good old days when they prescribed tube TVs to display better, then there is practically no risk that the webcam would collapse.
Cons
  • 1. The most significant disadvantage is that, when used with frameless monitors, the camera obscures a portion of the display. Because I am using a Mac, I was hoping to position the camera to the left of the monitor; however, doing so closes the control panel for the camera, thus it can only be positioned in the middle with no other possibilities. Windows players will have an easier time with this aspect of the game. You are free to configure it whatever you see fit. 2. The second issue is that regardless of the operating system you are using or the software that came with it, if you position the webcam anywhere other than in the center, the top panel of the program's configuration settings will be obscured. This is the case even if you use the software that came with it. Thus, you need to begin playing in windowed mode and bring the volume down a little bit, notwithstanding what anyone might say. 3. An extremely high-quality microphone Too good. At one end of the flat is where I keep my office, and at the other end is where the bathroom is located. Probably between between 20 and 25 meters away. Hence, in the course of a productive meeting with my coworkers at meet, my coworkers and I listened jointly to a cat burying its litter in a tray in the bathroom toilet. The volume on the microphone was turned down, which was a partial solution to the problem; nevertheless, you must now seal the doors so that no one would be embarrassed by such filth.

The product is worse than ever, disappointed with the purchase.

Throughout the course of the year, I made separate purchases of three of these cameras, one each for myself, my parents, and my wife's parents. Expense-effective cameras with reasonable video quality were what we need. Sadly, I did not read the testimonials. Almost like a logo, I mused. Every single one of the three cameras stopped working. The most dogged ones were effective for a whole calendar year. The first two started showing a black screen, the microphone still works (but now they can…

Pros
  • Works. And certainly not awful. But only for a limited time — between six months and a year.
Cons
  • Always fails. Video playback ends.

Linux Mint on Computer Accessories and Peripherals

I got this for my 89 year old mother which I set up on a Linux Mint computer. It works. Good quality picture and sound. I had to fiddle with the settings a bit but it worked and now she pulls away like a teenager.

Pros
  • Computer Accessories and Peripherals
Cons
  • So far so good

Works well but the mount is terrible

Picture quality is decent in low light considering the price. But the fit is terrible. It just hangs on top of my laptop and when I move the screen the webcam falls away. It feels like the mounting clip should be clamped, but it isn't. I even tried it on my wife's thinner laptop to see if it held up better, but it fell off hers too.

Pros
  • Webcams
Cons
  • Very expensive

Color is bad

I just introduced a green screen and this camera makes it seem like I have a gray screen. I've tried everything to make the color stand out, even downloaded the Logitech color settings. Wouldn't recommend it.

Pros
  • AV Accessory
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Poor quality item, not what it needs.

By chance, I had 2 cameras at the same time, the C270 from Logitech and the HD-3000 from Microsoft. The C270 blew me away with poor picture quality out of the box in low light. I downloaded the program, tweaked the settings, and in the end I managed to set it up even better than the HD-3000. But initially the image was just awful. Well, the fastening is unsuccessful, it closes the name of the tab in chrome entirely, it will be necessary to put something under it.

Pros
  • Latitude settings.
Cons
  • Out of the box, the picture quality is terrible. When positioning the camera on a monitor with narrow bezels, the camera obscures part of the image. Does not rotate horizontally.
