I like that it is easy to use once you figure out how things work - there are lots of little features (even if they seem small) which make this program extremely useful in my daily practice as an Orthopedic Surgeon! I like that I can easily create reports for my practice. It is easy to customize the report layout as well. The system is very intuitive and allows me to quickly create reports and share them with my staff. Sometimes it takes a little bit of training to get accustomed to all the features but once you do, it is very user friendly. I have not had any issues with this software.
